All rent payments, lease documents, and maintenance requests are handled through our Buildium tenant portal. Tenants receive portal access at the start of their lease or during transition of management to CCPM.
For after-hours maintenance emergencies, tenants should call the dedicated maintenance line provided in their lease documents. For non-emergencies, submit a request through the tenant portal or email Manager@conradcruz.com.
CCPM currently manages properties only for a small group of named partner-investors. We are not accepting new third-party management clients at this time. Property owners interested in CCPM's approach who already have a working relationship with Conrad Cruz Real Estate Services may contact CCPM directly.
CCPM and CCRES are sister companies. CCRES is the brokerage handling buying, selling, and investment property representation. CCPM is the property management affiliate. The two firms share branding and infrastructure but operate under separate Utah licenses.
